Prismora is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and other applicable regulatory agencies. Nothing in our communications and subscription content constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or personalized financial advice.
By subscribing, you ("Subscriber" or "Subscribers") acknowledge:
- You, as a Subscriber, are solely responsible for your own investment decisions
- Past performance of stocks or strategies does not guarantee future results
- Investing in securities involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal
- You will conduct your own research and/or consult with a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions
- The Company makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided

1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to this service, creating a subscription account, or accessing Subscription Content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not subscribe or use our subscription service.
2. Subscription Services Description
We provide Subscribers with curated stock lists delivered via email on a regular basis. Our service includes (hereinafter "Subscription Services," or "Subscription Service"):
- Periodic stock lists based on our proprietary research and methodology
- Email delivery to your registered email address
- Access for the duration of your active subscription
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Subscription Service at any time without liability.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
Available Plans
We offer the following Subscription Services durations:
- Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly
- Quarterly Subscription: Billed every three months
- Annual Subscription: Billed annually
Pricing varies by stock market coverage selected. Current pricing for each plan ("Subscription Services Account," or "Account") and market is displayed during the Subscription Services checkout process and in your Subscription Services Account dashboard.
As a Subscriber, you are entitled to receive a new list of stock recommendations delivered via email each business day (Monday through Friday, excluding days where the specific stock market does not trade).
Billing Terms
All Subscription Services Accounts automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all renewal fees in accordance with your Subscription Services plan duration.
Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers, and all fees are billed in U.S. Dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe, and failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your Subscription Service. You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
4. Free Trials (if applicable)
If we offer a free trial, the trial period lasts for 14 days (ten business days) from the date of signup. Your access will automatically end at the conclusion of the trial unless you choose to subscribe to a paid Subscription Services plan. Please note that only one trial is permitted per customer.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time either through the unsubscribe link in your daily email or by visiting https://www.stockdataanalytics.com/contact/.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Subscription Service until the end of the paid period. Please note that no partial refunds are available for unused time within a billing period.
Refund Policy
All Subscription Services sales are final. The Company provides no refunds after purchase.
Our Right to Terminate
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Subscription Services Account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activity, or share or redistribute any Subscription Content without permission. Your Account may also be suspended or terminated if your payment method is declined or if we decide to discontinue the Subscription Services. No refunds will be provided if your account is terminated for cause.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All stock lists, analysis, commentary, logos, graphics, and other materials provided through our service (the "Content") are owned by the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited Subscription License
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license ("Subscription License") to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only, and to use the information solely for your own investment research.
Restrictions
You may not share, distribute, or republish our Content, nor use it for any commercial purpose. You are prohibited from selling, licensing, or sublicensing access to our Subscription Service, copying, reproducing, or creating derivative works from our Content, or removing any copyright or proprietary notices. Additionally, you may not use automated systems such as bots or scrapers to access or extract data from our service.
Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your Subscription License access and may subject you to legal action.
7. User Account and Security
You must provide accurate and current information when subscribing, and are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility, and you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use. Each Subscription Account is intended for a single user only, and Subscription Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Subscription Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. You also agree not to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the operation of the Subscription Service, not to impersonate any person or entity, and not to collect or misuse information about other subscribers. Additionally, you must not post, upload, or transmit any viruses, malicious code, or harmful content in connection with your use of the Subscription Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or the accuracy and reliability of information. We make no guarantees that the Subscription Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Subscription Service will be free from viruses or other harmful components. Furthermore, we do not warrant that the information provided will be accurate, complete, or current, nor that use of our information will result in profitable investments.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we are not liable for any investment losses or missed opportunities, nor for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. This limitation also applies to any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Subscription Service, or from the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided. If we are found liable for any reason, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100—whichever is less. Please note that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prismora Data, LLC, along with its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) that arise from your use of the Subscription Service, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party rights, or your investment decisions.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
Our service may include links to third-party websites or services, but we are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your interactions with third parties are entirely at your own risk, and we are not liable for any transactions, agreements, or exchanges you conduct with them.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our Subscription Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy [link to Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including compliance with applicable privacy laws (General Data Protection Regulation, California Consumer Privacy Act, etc.).
14. Communications
By subscribing to our Subscription Services, you consent to receive service-related emails such as subscription confirmations, billing notices, and service updates, as well as content delivery emails containing your stock lists. You may also receive marketing emails, though you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. All emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and include an unsubscribe option.
15. Geographic Restrictions
Our Subscription Service is available worldwide; however, we operate from Illinois, USA, and all content is provided in English only. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws, and some features or functionalities may not be available in all jurisdictions.
16. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately for new Subscribers, while existing Subscribers will receive notice at least 30 days before the changes become effective, either via email or a service announcement. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your Subscription.
17. Modifications to Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Subscription Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prismora Data, LLC regarding the Subscription Service and supersede all prior agreements.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
20. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
21. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your Subscription Service. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Subscription Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Cook County, Illinois. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action claims.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a class member or representative in any class or representative action.
23. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, labor disputes, internet failures, or government actions.
24. Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive termination of these Terms.
